TĀRĀ ti piše dnevno čitanje iz tvoje prave natalne karte. Da bismo to uradili, potrebni su nam podaci o tvom rođenju. Ova politika objašnjava tačno šta prikupljamo, zašto i kome se prosleđuje — jednostavnim rečima.

Šta prikupljamo
- Podaci o rođenju: ime, datum, vreme i mesto rođenja (grad, iz kog se izvode geografska širina/dužina i vremenska zona). Bez ovoga karta ne može da se izračuna.
- Nalog: tvoj email — samo ako se prijaviš (email kodom, Apple ili Google nalogom).
- Ono što ti upišeš: beleške u dnevniku i podaci o partneru koje uneseš za proveru kompatibilnosti.
- Korišćenje: kojih dana si izvukla kartu (za niz/streak), izbor jezika, podešavanje podsetnika i saglasnost za marketing.
- Pretplata: status TĀRĀ+ pretplate. Podatke o kartici obrađuju Apple/Google i RevenueCat — mi ih nikad ne vidimo.
- IP adresa, samo za goste: ako čitanje zatražiš bez prijave, beležimo tvoju IP adresu i broj čitanja tog dana. Time sprečavamo da jedan posetilac neograničeno troši naš AI. Ne vezujemo je ni za koji nalog i brišemo je posle sedam dana.
Gde se podaci čuvaju
Podaci o rođenju i partneru prvo se čuvaju lokalno na tvom uređaju. Ako se prijaviš, tvoj profil se sinhronizuje sa našom bazom (Supabase) da bi bio dostupan na više uređaja. Dnevnik i istorija izvlačenja čuvaju se samo kada si prijavljena.
Kome se prosleđuje (obrađivači)
- DeepSeek: pisanje čitanja radi model ovog provajdera. Šaljemo mu tvoju natalnu kartu u tekstualnom obliku (položaji planeta, nakšatre, daše), izvedenu iz datuma, vremena i mesta rođenja. Ne šaljemo tvoje ime ni email. Tri izuzetka, jer bez njih te funkcije ne rade: kod čitanja za parove šalju se imena koja uneseš; kod mesečnog osvrta nekoliko odlomaka iz tvog dnevnika; a kada sama zatražiš osvrt na dnevnik, do 40 tvojih poslednjih zapisa, svaki skraćen na 300 znakova. Šta DeepSeek dalje radi sa tim podacima uređuje njihova politika privatnosti.
- Supabase: baza i prijava (autentifikacija).
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): kad pretražuješ mesto rođenja, tekst koji kucaš šalje se radi pronalaska koordinata.
- Expo / EAS: hosting i push-notifikacije.
- Apple / Google: prijava i naplata pretplate preko prodavnica aplikacija.
Prenos van Evrope
Dva od gore navedenih obrađivača podatke obrađuju izvan Evropskog ekonomskog prostora. DeepSeek je kompanija sa sedištem u Kini i tamo obrađuje ono što mu pošaljemo. Mi sami poslujemo iz Srbije. Ni za jednu od te dve zemlje Evropska komisija nije donela odluku o adekvatnom nivou zaštite.
Podaci se ipak prenose zato što je bez tog prenosa nemoguće napisati čitanje koje si zatražila — to je jedina svrha, prenosi se samo ono što je gore navedeno, i to samo kada sama pokreneš čitanje. Ako želiš da tvoji podaci ne napuštaju Evropu, tu funkciju jednostavno nemoj koristiti; karta se i dalje računa na tvom uređaju.
Ako promenimo provajdera, izmenićemo ovaj odeljak i navesti novu zemlju.
Kada nekoga pozoveš
Kada pozoveš prijatelja, deli se samo link. Ti ne vidiš njegovu kartu, njegova čitanja ni njegov dnevnik, i on ne vidi tvoje. Nikada ne čuvamo podatke o rođenju osobe koja ih nije sama unela.
Pamtimo jedino da je nalog nastao preko tvog koda, da bismo znali koliko poziva je urodilo plodom. Iz toga ti se prikazuje samo broj.
Ime prijatelja stiže do tebe samo ako on to izričito dozvoli. Pitamo ga jednom, posle prijave, i ništa se ne šalje dok ne odgovori potvrdno. Tada se njegovo ime zabeleži u tom trenutku, pa kasnija izmena njegovog profila ne menja ono na šta je pristao. Ako odgovori odrično, ili ne odgovori, ostaje samo bezimeni broj. Ništa se ne prenosi u suprotnom smeru: prijatelj o tebi ne saznaje ništa.
Brisanjem naloga briše se i taj zapis.
Zašto (pravni osnov)
Podatke o rođenju i nalogu obrađujemo da bismo pružili uslugu koju si tražila (ugovor). Marketing (npr. novosti) šaljemo samo uz tvoju saglasnost, koju možeš povući u svakom trenutku.
Koliko dugo
IP adrese gostiju brišu se automatski posle sedam dana, bez obzira na sve ostalo.
Čuvamo tvoje podatke dok ne obrišeš nalog. Nalog možeš obrisati unutar aplikacije: Ti → Obriši nalog — time se trajno brišu tvoj profil, dnevnik i istorija. Lokalne podatke uklanjaš brisanjem aplikacije.
Tvoja prava
Imaš pravo da pristupiš svojim podacima, ispraviš ih, obrišeš, preuzmeš (prenosivost), povučeš saglasnost i uložiš pritužbu nadležnom organu za zaštitu podataka. Za bilo šta od ovoga piši nam na sroad@gmail.com.
Deca
TĀRĀ nije namenjena osobama mlađim od 16 godina i svesno ne prikupljamo njihove podatke.
Bezbednost
Podaci se prenose šifrovano (HTTPS), a pristup bazi je ograničen pravilima na nivou reda (RLS) tako da vidiš samo svoje podatke.
Izmene
Ako izmenimo ovu politiku, ažuriraćemo datum na vrhu. Značajne promene najavićemo u aplikaciji.

TĀRĀ writes you a daily reading from your real birth chart. To do that, we need your birth details. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and who it is shared with — in plain words.
Who we are
TĀRĀ is an astrology self-reflection app. The controller responsible for your data is:

What we collect
- Birth details: your name, date, time and place of birth (city, from which latitude/longitude and time zone are derived). Without these, the chart cannot be calculated.
- Account: your email — only if you sign in (by email code, Apple or Google).
- What you write: journal notes and any partner details you enter for compatibility.
- Usage: which days you drew a card (for your streak), language choice, reminder setting and marketing consent.
- Subscription: your TĀRĀ+ status. Card details are handled by Apple/Google and RevenueCat — we never see them.
- IP address, guests only: if you ask for a reading without signing in, we record your IP address and how many readings it made that day. This is what stops a single visitor from consuming our AI without limit. It is tied to no account and deleted after seven days.
Where data is stored
Birth and partner details are first stored locally on your device. If you sign in, your profile syncs to our database (Supabase) so it is available across devices. Journal and draw history are stored only while you are signed in.
Who it is shared with (processors)
- DeepSeek: the readings are written by this provider's model. We send it your birth chart in text form (planetary positions, nakshatras, dashas), derived from your date, time and place of birth. We do not send your name or email. Three exceptions, without which those features cannot work: couple readings include the first names you enter; the monthly look back includes a few excerpts from your journal; and when you ask for a reflection on your journal, up to 40 of your most recent notes, each trimmed to 300 characters. What DeepSeek then does with that data is governed by their privacy policy.
- Supabase: database and authentication.
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): when you search a birthplace, the text you type is sent to look up coordinates.
- Expo / EAS: hosting and push notifications.
- Apple / Google: sign-in and subscription billing via the app stores.
Transfers outside Europe
Two of the processors above handle data outside the European Economic Area. DeepSeek is based in China and processes there what we send it. We ourselves operate from Serbia. Neither country is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.
The data is transferred nonetheless because without that transfer the reading you asked for cannot be written — that is its only purpose, only what is listed above is sent, and only when you start a reading yourself. If you would rather your data did not leave Europe, simply do not use that feature; your chart is still calculated on your device.
If we change provider, we will update this section and name the new country.
When you invite someone
When you invite a friend, only a link is shared. You do not see their chart, their readings or their journal, and they do not see yours. We never store birth data for a person who did not enter it themselves.
The only thing recorded is that an account arrived through your code, so that invites can be counted. All you are shown from it is a number.
A friend's name reaches you only if they explicitly allow it. We ask them once, after they sign up, and nothing is sent until they say yes. Their name is then recorded at that moment, so later edits to their profile do not change what they agreed to. If they decline, or never answer, only the nameless count remains. Nothing travels the other way: your friend learns nothing about you.
Deleting an account deletes that record too.
Why (legal basis)
We process your birth and account data to provide the service you asked for (contract). We send marketing (e.g. news) only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long
Guests’ IP addresses are deleted automatically after seven days, regardless of everything else.
We keep your data until you delete your account. You can delete your account inside the app: You → Delete account — this permanently removes your profile, journal and history. Local data is removed by deleting the app.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export (portability) and withdraw consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. For any of these, email sroad@gmail.com.
Children
TĀRĀ is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS), and database access is restricted by row-level security so you only see your own data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. We will announce significant changes in the app.

TĀRĀ schreibt dir eine tägliche Deutung aus deinem echten Geburtshoroskop. Dafür brauchen wir deine Geburtsdaten. Diese Erklärung sagt genau, was wir erheben, warum, und an wen es weitergegeben wird — in klaren Worten.

TĀRĀ ist eine App zur astrologischen Selbstreflexion. Verantwortlich für deine Daten ist:

Was wir erheben
- Geburtsdaten: dein Name, Datum, Uhrzeit und Ort der Geburt (Stadt, aus der Breiten- und Längengrad sowie die Zeitzone abgeleitet werden). Ohne diese Angaben lässt sich das Horoskop nicht berechnen.
- Konto: deine E-Mail-Adresse — nur wenn du dich anmeldest (per E-Mail-Code, Apple oder Google).
- Was du schreibst: Notizen im Tagebuch und die Angaben zu einer anderen Person, die du für die Partnerschaftsdeutung einträgst.
- Nutzung: an welchen Tagen du eine Karte gezogen hast (für deine Serie), Sprachwahl, Erinnerungseinstellung und Marketing-Einwilligung.
- Abonnement: dein TĀRĀ+ Status. Zahlungsdaten verarbeiten Apple/Google und RevenueCat — wir sehen sie nie.
- IP-Adresse, nur bei Gästen: wenn du eine Deutung anforderst, ohne angemeldet zu sein, speichern wir deine IP-Adresse und die Zahl der Deutungen an diesem Tag. Das verhindert, dass ein einzelner Besucher unsere KI unbegrenzt beansprucht. Sie wird keinem Konto zugeordnet und nach sieben Tagen gelöscht.
Wo die Daten gespeichert werden
Geburts- und Partnerdaten werden zuerst lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Wenn du dich anmeldest, wird dein Profil mit unserer Datenbank (Supabase) synchronisiert, damit es auf mehreren Geräten verfügbar ist. Tagebuch und Ziehungsverlauf werden nur gespeichert, solange du angemeldet bist.
An wen sie weitergegeben werden (Auftragsverarbeiter)
- DeepSeek: die Deutungen schreibt das Modell dieses Anbieters. Wir senden ihm dein Geburtshoroskop in Textform (Planetenpositionen, Nakshatras, Dashas), abgeleitet aus Datum, Uhrzeit und Ort deiner Geburt. Deinen Namen und deine E-Mail-Adresse senden wir nicht. Drei Ausnahmen, ohne die diese Funktionen nicht möglich sind: bei Partnerdeutungen die Vornamen, die du einträgst; beim monatlichen Rückblick einige Auszüge aus deinem Tagebuch; und wenn du selbst eine Reflexion über dein Tagebuch anforderst, bis zu 40 deiner letzten Einträge, jeder auf 300 Zeichen gekürzt. Was DeepSeek anschließend mit diesen Daten macht, regelt deren Datenschutzerklärung.
- Supabase: Datenbank und Anmeldung (Authentifizierung).
- OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): wenn du einen Geburtsort suchst, wird der eingegebene Text zur Ermittlung der Koordinaten übermittelt.
- Expo / EAS: Hosting und Push-Benachrichtigungen.
- Apple / Google: Anmeldung und Abrechnung des Abonnements über die App-Stores.
Übermittlung außerhalb Europas
Zwei der oben genannten Auftragsverarbeiter verarbeiten Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums. DeepSeek hat seinen Sitz in China und verarbeitet dort, was wir übermitteln. Wir selbst arbeiten von Serbien aus. Für keines der beiden Länder liegt ein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission vor.
Die Übermittlung erfolgt dennoch, weil ohne sie die von dir angeforderte Deutung nicht geschrieben werden kann — das ist ihr einziger Zweck, übermittelt wird nur das oben Aufgeführte, und nur dann, wenn du selbst eine Deutung startest. Wenn du möchtest, dass deine Daten Europa nicht verlassen, nutze diese Funktion einfach nicht; dein Horoskop wird weiterhin auf deinem Gerät berechnet.
Wenn wir den Anbieter wechseln, ändern wir diesen Abschnitt und nennen das neue Land.
Wenn du jemanden einlädst
Wenn du eine Freundin oder einen Freund einlädst, wird nur ein Link geteilt. Du siehst weder deren Horoskop noch deren Deutungen oder Tagebuch, und sie sehen deine nicht. Wir speichern niemals Geburtsdaten einer Person, die sie nicht selbst eingegeben hat.
Festgehalten wird einzig, dass ein Konto über deinen Code entstanden ist, damit Einladungen gezählt werden können. Angezeigt wird dir daraus nur eine Zahl.
Der Name einer eingeladenen Person erreicht dich nur, wenn sie es ausdrücklich erlaubt. Wir fragen einmal nach der Anmeldung, und es wird nichts gesendet, bevor sie zustimmt. Der Name wird dann in diesem Moment festgehalten, spätere Änderungen am Profil ändern also nichts an dem, wozu sie zugestimmt hat. Lehnt sie ab oder antwortet nicht, bleibt nur die namenlose Zahl. In die andere Richtung wird nichts übertragen: die eingeladene Person erfährt nichts über dich.
Mit dem Löschen des Kontos wird auch dieser Eintrag gelöscht.
Warum (Rechtsgrundlage)
Deine Geburts- und Kontodaten verarbeiten wir, um den von dir gewünschten Dienst zu erbringen (Vertrag). Marketing (z. B. Neuigkeiten) senden wir nur mit deiner Einwilligung, die du jederzeit widerrufen kannst.
Wie lange
IP-Adressen von Gästen werden unabhängig von allem anderen nach sieben Tagen automatisch gelöscht.
Wir bewahren deine Daten auf, bis du dein Konto löschst. Du kannst dein Konto in der App löschen: Du → Konto löschen — damit werden dein Profil, dein Tagebuch und dein Verlauf dauerhaft entfernt. Lokale Daten entfernst du, indem du die App löschst.
Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerruf deiner Einwilligung sowie das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Für all das schreib uns an sroad@gmail.com.
Kinder
TĀRĀ richtet sich nicht an Personen unter 16 Jahren, und wir erheben ihre Daten nicht wissentlich.
Sicherheit
Daten werden verschlüsselt übertragen (HTTPS), und der Zugriff auf die Datenbank ist durch Sicherheit auf Zeilenebene (RLS) so beschränkt, dass du nur deine eigenen Daten siehst.
Änderungen
Wenn wir diese Erklärung ändern, aktualisieren wir das Datum oben. Wesentliche Änderungen kündigen wir in der App an.
