Brisanje naloga
Nalog možeš obrisati sama, u svakom trenutku, i za to ti ne treba naša dozvola ni instalirana aplikacija.
Kako
- Otvori app.dailytara.com ili aplikaciju na telefonu.
- Prijavi se, da bismo znale da je nalog tvoj.
- Idi na Ti, pa Obriši nalog, i potvrdi.
Ako ne možeš da se prijaviš, piši nam na sroad@gmail.com sa adrese kojom si se prijavljivala, i obrisaćemo nalog umesto tebe.
Šta se briše
Trajno i odmah: tvoj profil i podaci o rođenju, ceo dnevnik, istorija izvučenih karata i sva sačuvana čitanja. Briše se i zapis da je nalog nastao preko tuđeg poziva.
Brisanje se ne može poništiti i ne ostavlja kopiju koju bismo mi mogle da vidimo.
Šta ostaje
Podaci koje čuvaš samo na svom uređaju ostaju na njemu dok ne obrišeš aplikaciju. Račune za pretplatu, ako je ima, čuvaju Apple i Google po svojim pravilima i mi na to ne utičemo.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time. You need neither our permission nor the app installed.
How
- Open app.dailytara.com, or the app on your phone.
- Sign in, so we know the account is yours.
- Go to You, then Delete account, and confirm.
If you cannot sign in, email sroad@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you.
What is deleted
Permanently and immediately: your profile and birth details, your whole journal, your draw history and every saved reading. The record that your account arrived through someone's invite is deleted too.
Deletion cannot be undone and leaves no copy that we could see.
What remains
Data kept only on your device stays there until you delete the app. Subscription receipts, if you have a subscription, are kept by Apple and Google under their own rules, which we do not control.
Konto löschen
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit selbst löschen. Du brauchst dafür weder unsere Erlaubnis noch die installierte App.
So geht es
- Öffne app.dailytara.com oder die App auf deinem Telefon.
- Melde dich an, damit wir wissen, dass es dein Konto ist.
- Gehe zu Du, dann Konto löschen, und bestätige.
Wenn du dich nicht anmelden kannst, schreib an sroad@gmail.com von der Adresse, mit der du dich registriert hast, und wir löschen das Konto für dich.
Was gelöscht wird
Dauerhaft und sofort: dein Profil und deine Geburtsdaten, dein gesamtes Tagebuch, dein Ziehungsverlauf und alle gespeicherten Deutungen. Auch der Vermerk, dass dein Konto über eine Einladung entstanden ist, wird gelöscht.
Die Löschung lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen und hinterlässt keine für uns einsehbare Kopie.
Was bleibt
Daten, die nur auf deinem Gerät liegen, bleiben dort, bis du die App löschst. Abrechnungsbelege eines Abos bewahren Apple und Google nach ihren eigenen Regeln auf; darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss.
